2. Products & Services
PipAlgo Dev offers the following products and services:
- Forex Robots (Expert Advisors): Automated trading software for MetaTrader 4/5 platforms.
- Technical Indicators: Custom indicators for MetaTrader 4/5 platforms.
- Trading Signals: Subscription-based trading signals delivered via Telegram.
- Educational Courses: Forex trading education and materials.
3. Purchases & Payments
All purchases are processed through PayerURL, a third-party cryptocurrency payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing and contact information.
- Pay using supported cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH, BNB, LTC).
- Accept that crypto transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
- Acknowledge that exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility.
4. Digital Downloads & Delivery
Upon successful payment confirmation:
- Download links are delivered automatically to your registered email address.
- Download links expire after 30 days from purchase date.
- Each download link may be used a maximum of 5 times.
- You are responsible for saving your files safely after download.
- We recommend downloading your files immediately after purchase.
5. Licence & Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the product. You may not:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product to any third party.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software.
- Use the product on more than the number of accounts specified at purchase.
- Remove any copyright notices or proprietary markings.
All products remain the intellectual property of PipAlgo Dev.
6. Risk Disclaimer
⚠️ Trading forex and financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition.
PipAlgo Dev and its products:
- Do not guarantee any specific profit or return on investment.
- Are not responsible for any trading losses incurred through use of our products.
- Provide tools and signals as informational aids only, not financial advice.
- Recommend only trading with capital you can afford to lose.
7. Signal Service Terms
For signal subscription services:
- Signals are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew until cancelled.
- Signal delivery depends on market conditions; we do not guarantee a specific number of signals per day.
- Access to the premium Telegram group is tied to an active subscription.
8. Client Portal
Your client portal account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access at support@pipalgo.co.za.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresentation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipAlgo Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Zimbabwean courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
