Refund Policy

We stand behind our products. If you experience a genuine technical issue that we cannot resolve, we offer a fair refund process. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Overview
Due to the digital nature of our products (software downloads, signals subscriptions), all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we do offer refunds in specific circumstances outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
✅ You MAY be eligible for a refund if:
- The product has a critical technical defect that prevents it from functioning at all on the specified platform (MT4/MT5).
- You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
- The product delivered is materially different from what was described.
- You contact us within 7 days of purchase with a valid technical issue.
❌ Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after downloading the product.
- Trading losses — results depend on market conditions and your broker.
- Incompatibility with unlicensed or cracked MetaTrader platforms.
- Issues caused by your broker, VPS, or internet connection.
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
- Signal subscriptions after signals have been delivered for the billing period.
- Failure to read the documentation or setup guide before use.
- Market conditions causing the EA or signals to underperform.
Signal Subscription Cancellations
For monthly signal subscriptions:
- You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for the current billing period once signals have been delivered.
- To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of your purchase via WhatsApp (+263 782 364 771) or Telegram (@cmfxtrading).

Provide your order number (e.g. PA-ABC123-20241201) and a detailed description of the technical issue.

Give us 48 hours to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. We will make every effort to fix the problem before issuing a refund.

If unresolved, we will issue a refund to the same cryptocurrency wallet you paid from within 5 business days. Note: blockchain fees are non-refundable.
Cryptocurrency Refunds
Since all payments are made in cryptocurrency:
- Refunds are made in the same cryptocurrency used for the original payment.
- The amount refunded is the USD value at the time of the original transaction.
- Cryptocurrency price fluctuations between purchase and refund are your responsibility.
- Network/transaction fees are not included in refunds.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account and blacklist your details from future purchases. We encourage you to contact us first — we always try to resolve issues fairly.
