Products & Purchases
What platforms do your products support?
All our Forex Robots and Indicators are compatible with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5). The specific platform version is listed on each product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cryptocurrency payments via PayerURL — including USDT (TRC20/ERC20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), BNB, and Litecoin. We do not currently accept credit cards or bank transfers. You can also contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram to arrange payment manually.
Do I receive the product immediately after payment?
Yes! Once your crypto payment is confirmed on the blockchain (usually within minutes), you will receive an email with your download link automatically. You can also access it in your Client Portal.
How many accounts can I use the product on?
By default, each licence is for a single live trading account. If you need a multi-account licence, please contact us for pricing.
Do I get free updates?
Yes, all Forex Robots and Indicators include lifetime free updates. When a new version is released, you will be notified by email and the download link in your portal will be updated.
Downloads & Portal
My download link expired — what do I do?
Download links are valid for 30 days. If yours has expired, contact us on WhatsApp (+263 782 364 771) or Telegram (@cmfxtrading) with your order number and we will reissue access.
How do I access my Client Portal?
Your portal is at pipalgo.com/portal. If this is your first purchase as a guest, your account credentials were emailed to you automatically at the time of purchase.
I did not receive my email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram with your order number — we will send the download link manually within minutes.
Can I download to multiple devices?
Yes, you can download your product up to 5 times. Contact support if you need more downloads.
Trading Signals
How are signals delivered?
Premium signals are delivered via a private Telegram channel. Once subscribed, you will be added automatically. Each signal includes entry price, stop loss, and up to 3 take profit levels.
How many signals do you send per day?
Premium subscribers receive 3–5 signals per day during active market sessions (London & New York). The exact number depends on market conditions — we only send quality setups.
What pairs do you cover?
We focus on major and commodity pairs: XAUUSD (Gold), EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, GBPJPY, XAGUSD, and more. The pairs are selected based on where Smart Money Concepts setups form.
What is your win rate?
Our verified win rate is 75%+ based on 6 months of live signals. This is calculated as signals that hit at least TP1. Full result history is available in our Telegram channel.
Can I join the free Telegram channel?
Absolutely! Join @pipalgo for free daily analysis and occasional signal previews. Premium subscribers get full signals with all levels.
Setup & Technical
I am new to EA trading. Is there a setup guide?
Yes! After purchase you will receive a detailed setup guide by email. It covers how to attach the EA to a chart, recommended broker settings, and risk management tips. You can also contact us on WhatsApp and we will walk you through it.
Which broker do you recommend?
Our EAs work with most ECN/STP brokers. We recommend brokers with tight spreads and fast execution. Contact us on Telegram for specific broker recommendations for your region.
Do I need a VPS?
For Forex Robots running 24/7, a VPS (Virtual Private Server) is strongly recommended to ensure uninterrupted trading. We can recommend affordable VPS providers suited to trading.
The EA is not trading. What should I check?
Make sure: (1) AutoTrading is enabled in MT4/MT5, (2) DLL imports are allowed, (3) Your account has sufficient balance for the configured lot size, (4) The correct chart timeframe is used. If still not working, contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram.
Refunds & Billing
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds within 7 days for genuine technical defects that cannot be resolved. See our full Refund Policy.
How do I cancel a signal subscription?
Contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram at least 48 hours before your renewal date. We will cancel your subscription and you will retain access until the end of the billing period.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency to the wallet you paid from, at the USD value of the original transaction. Processing takes up to 5 business days.
